Q How would you characterize progress on a new stadium?A We've been meeting with buildings in Lowertown [St. Paul] in an effort to gauge how the neighborhood groups feel. It's been unbelievably gratifying. There's not a specific timetable. ... The price tag on just the stadium is maybe $30 million, $35 million. That's without land and other things. But I'm much more hopeful than if we had talked two months ago. I think there is traction. People have been so receptive in the most important ways. We're talking sometime between 2012 and 2014.
