Whats up with JPD's latest blog on the Cats site? The beginning reads to me like he is dropping a hint or two about steping down as Cats President. Yes
some changes need to be made and some moves maybe questonable, but JPD steping down was not one move I had hoped for. Hopefully JPD himself will clear this up
one way or another...

We are leaving at the end of the month. Although there has been no formal announcement, it has been no secret and I am surprised to learn that you were not aware of our plans. I appreciate the kind remarks and have enjoyed every minute on this site and the vast majority of the minutes we have spent with the Cats.... a lot of challenges with the burden of stadium ownership/debt, but it is my hope that the situation will soon be corrected and that Carl Bell will be properly rewarded for the unbelievable sacrifice he and his family have made to bring LaGrave Field and the Cats back to Fort Worth. I will blog again at least once before we leave. JPD |
