You can also buy five-game strips to see all possible playoff games at LaGrave Field. Five-game strips are $85 for the Reserved Box, $70 for Field Box seats and $290 for a five-game Plaza Table ticket strip. Really thats more than I have paid in the past for Texas League playoff and championship tickets in Round Rock. Guess it only takes a few suckers!!!! Try same prices and pack the house.

I don't think anyone in our organization "wonders" about this. It is pretty well understood in our industry. For one thing, the league mandates that playoff prices be higher than regular season. This is pretty much true across the industry. Also... check playoff attendance in every league, at every level, vs. regular season attendance. Even the most mighty of clubs draw lower for the playoffs. There are many reasons for the lower attendance for playoffs in the minors, but price, is NOT one of them. JPD

Check out our regular season ticket Prices for same baseball. First 10 rows 16.00 bucks next 10 rows 12.00 dollars in most sections. My playoff tickets were 3.00 bucks on top of that and had to be paid just after Christmas. How cheap do you want the tickets for do your players work for free or travil free. Do your Umps work for free. Good Heavens man I took a friend to the movies and spent 50.00 bucks and only had a drink and popcorn

However, I do have my limits on what I feel I would pay for playoff tickets at this level. I am not the ultimate diehard who will automatically and blindly pay whatever they want to charge. If that time ever comes where I feel I can't afford it anymore and that I am not getting value for dollars asked, I'll be walking away from it and won't lay down another cent to this organization. Right now though, it's okay. It's hard for a team to make the playoffs and I need to enjoy the experience while I can. There's going to be down years for the Cats eventually (hopefully not that often!) and I'll appreciate the times they made the playoffs even more.
