Other than the rain ALL WEEKEND had a great time. Had some great conversations with a lot of die hard Goldeye fans. The only difference I see between us is our teams wear a different uniform. You guys love your team as much as we do here in Fargo. You cheer for good plays (by both teams), like to give a little good natured static, and will start a conversation with a perfect stranger just because they have one thing in common, everyone there loves baseball. Had a real nice talk with Mr. Forney on the concourse Sat. during the rain delay. Did not realize he was that big of a guy. Finally a big thanks to a real great Goldeye fan and season ticket holder Micky. Yea just like the mouse. Craig see you in Fargo in a couple of weeks. Lastly I thought we had a sweep when Penprase hit that bomb in the seventh to go up by one. However you got us in the botton of the seventh so like a great man once said, it's never over till it's over.

Glad to see that you realize we are the same as fans in Fargo You my friend were not the only one who thought Fargo had the sweep. My highlight of the weekend was seeing Doug dancing in the dugout after your teams home run in the seventh to go in front We won in bottom of the 7 th . Doug must have thought he was hearing the fat lady singing . I think he was counting his chickens far too early. It was funny to see his mood swings. I will be planning to drive down to Fargo also. Was nice to see you fans in back to back series.I was sitting in sec P row 20 seat 17 where my season ticket seat is

Nice to see DeCaster move on to bigger and better things. Penprase was awesome both on and off the field. Great guy. He told my son he would make us a c.d. of Steve Mortimer's music when we come down. All the guys were great to us while we were autograph hunting. Mike Coles is one of the nicest guys around. Everyone who came up from Fargo was great to chat with and I can't wait to watch more baseball, listen to Scott Miller, and eat that great kettle popcorn at Newman Field. We signed the kids up for the Maury Wills Knothole Gang, and I believe there is a camp on that Saturday we are down for the kids, so hopefully that will all work out! All in all a great weekend minus the weather!
