        <![CDATA[ In Owatonna, they are trying to create an ownership group for their Junior A hockey team consisting of people investing to buy shares of the team.  My question
to all would be, has this method of ownership (much like the Green Bay Packers) ever been attempted in baseball?  I could never imagine it tried in affiliated
ball but possibly in indy ball.  Thoughts? ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ have their been problems of clubs handing tickets out like candy you ask ? please see kalamazoo mi on that one and their days may be numbered since they have
spared the rod and spoiled the child . as for an ample way to pay rent why not put a surcharge on a ticket to cover for facility maintenance as for the current
express club moving over to metro detroit&#39;s east side that market has flopped numerous times in the past and if it were my $$$ id go to the west side ]]></description>

<p> yea, we&#39;re having a meeting here in Owatonna on Tuesday pertaining to the business plan for a new team. We&#39;ve already been given a franchise by the
league.  The previous owners were allowed to have a team in what we think will be St. Clair Shores, but the league... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ There are still a few teams in the class A Midwest League which are owned by a community group.  I believe Beloit, Burlington and Clinton are all in this
category.   The class AA Arkansas Travelers of the Texas League are also a citizen/shareholder group.  In the 50&#39;s - 70&#39;s there were several of these
ownerships.  It was a predominant strategy in the Midwest League.... but those were the days when a group of folks could put together a few thousand dollars to
