But it's not about the time, it's the perception that going through Gary is a problem. You can only appeal to sensible people anyway, and those people don't need your input.

INdiot hasn't told us when they plan to close all the OTHER streets yet.
Do not expect a miracle at headquarters in Indianapolis. They don't live up here.
Another decent way in from Valpo is Central Ave. through Lake Station to Broadway and north from there. That's only 11 blocks.

South County, ya wonder if folks are willing to drive Gary. The park was put where it was because of those interstates, not in spite of them.
Hammond and Illinois folks won't notice the difference.
I'd say attendance will be way down as a result of this.
I mean ... WAY down.
